Event Details

Please arrive at 2:00 pm to sign in and join your fellow teammates! There will be one session,
of 61 participants, for 45 minutes, from 2:30 pm - 3:15 pm. The event should wrap up by 3:45 pm.

Check-in procedures:
Check-in takes place at 1:30 PM - please be sure to arrive on time to check-in before the session at

What to bring:
Please remember to bring any additional donations to the event and your ENERGY!!! Towels, protein bars
and drinks will be provided. Showers and restrooms will also be available.

What to expect:
A whole lot of FUN! The event will be a blend of fitness, fundraising, music and entertainment! Let's get together
and celebrate the joys of fitness and an active lifestyle while helping poor families in our community.
There will be prizes for the top fundraisers and prizes given out throughout the event!
Each participant will receive a Cycle for Hunger T-Shirt and a Goody Bag.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
